Return and Exchange Policy

At GEMMi, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, returning or exchanging it is easy!


Return and Exchange Timeline:

Timeframe: You can return or exchange your jewelry within 3-4 days of receiving your order.

Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at query.gemmi@gmail.com within 3-4 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package: Repack the jewelry in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.

Ship It Back: We'll provide you with a return shipping label. Simply affix it to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.


Processing Your Return or Exchange:


Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we’ll ship the new item to you within 2-3 business days after receiving the original item.


Note:

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return shipping costs are covered by us.
